Same Day Reservations are accepted as the schedule permits: Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm & Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Reservations made outside of these hours are considered Same Day Reservations. Reservations are accepted on a first come.

Hours are Friday and Saturday, 8 p.m. – 2 a.m.
Safe Ride runs in Jacksonville and
South Jacksonville only.

This service is available to any individual in Morgan and Scott counties over the age of 60. Advance reservations are required; however same day reservations will be accepted when time permits on a first come-first served basis. Personal care assistants ride free. Gift Certificates, monthly passes, and money saving coupons are available.
All vehicles are fully accessible.
Drivers are carefully screened and trained.
Cancellations must be received in the WCMTD office 30 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up in order to not incur a No Show Fee. Riders MUST call the office to make any changes or reservations. Drivers are NOT allowed to take or change reservations for passengers.
